With the ever-changing nature of the business environment because of technological innovations and globalization, the need for managerial capabilities is changing in the Indian businesses.

Telecommunications have made such changes possible. The Internet along with the mobile service has led to the establishment of a new market place with a few similarities with the traditional markets. So far, IT has played the role of a basic tool to enable the organization to perform. Now, the scenario is changing and IT is becoming the crucial part of any business.

Telecom infrastructure is an important pillar for economic growth, more so, to exploit the digital opportunities offered by the digital age. The telecom sector is a threshold of new business technological scenarios with enormous opportunities for growth.
